By downloading or using Retro Emu Pro, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

1. Nature of the Application

Retro Emu Pro is a software-based emulation tool. It is designed to run game files (ROMs) provided by the user. We do not provide, host, or distribute any game files or digital content.

2. User Responsibility

You acknowledge that:

  • You are solely responsible for the game files (ROMs) you load into the app.
  • You must legally own the rights to the files you use.
  • The app is intended for personal use and backup purposes only.

3. Advertising

This application is supported by Google AdMob. By using the app, you consent to the display of advertisements. These ads help us keep the core emulator engine free for everyone.

4. Disclaimer & Liability

We are not liable for any technical issues, data loss, or legal consequences arising from the misuse of this software. We do not endorse or support the use of unauthorized copyrighted material.

Retro Emu Pro uygulamasını indirerek veya kullanarak aşağıdaki koşulları kabul etmiş sayılırsınız.

1. Uygulamanın Doğası

Retro Emu Pro, yazılım tabanlı bir emülasyon aracıdır. Kullanıcı tarafından sağlanan oyun dosyalarını (ROM) çalıştırmak üzere tasarlanmıştır. Herhangi bir oyun dosyası veya dijital içerik sağlamıyor, barındırmıyor veya dağıtmıyoruz.

2. Kullanıcı Sorumluluğu

Şunları kabul edersiniz:

  • Uygulamaya yüklediğiniz oyun dosyalarından (ROM) tamamen siz sorumlusunuz.
  • Kullandığınız dosyaların yasal haklarına sahip olmanız gerekmektedir.
  • Uygulama yalnızca kişisel kullanım ve yedekleme amaçları için tasarlanmıştır.

3. Reklamlar

Bu uygulama Google AdMob tarafından desteklenmektedir. Uygulamayı kullanarak reklam gösterimini kabul edersiniz. Bu reklamlar, emülatör motorunu herkes için ücretsiz tutmamıza yardımcı olur.

4. Sorumluluk Reddi

Yazılımın kötüye kullanımından doğabilecek teknik sorunlardan, veri kayıplarından veya yasal sonuçlardan sorumlu değiliz. Telif hakkıyla korunan materyallerin izinsiz kullanımını onaylamıyoruz.
